When life strikes you hard  you don't just give up or back off , NO NO ; you hit harder and faster because it will keep knocking you down every time you get up and fight and if you are not strong enough or fast enough you are done. Most of us lack the will to continue anything we start once we see things getting muddy and hard , we try to tell ourselves we did our best and it is out of our hand and there is nothing we can do. But the thing is there is always something we can do, when you enter a problem and you hit a dead end and you find your hitting rock bottom that's when you don't quit or give up because then and only then you are being tested. You tell yourself that you worked too hard and too long for this and that you cannot just let go. "Survival can be summed up in three words - never give up. That's the heart of it really. One of the most important aspect of people's life that not just waste time but can lead to many problems including psychological for girls especially and academically to both sexes is the so called "Boyfriend , Girlfriend issue" . People are becoming obsessed with this idea since the first second they enter college ," I must have a girl friend I have waited all my life to enter college and have the right to choose a girl to be my girl friend and maybe he will say I must have a girl that makes me feel good about myself and that I can share my problems with and maybe if she is good enough we can continue till marriage " and for the girl she says "well maybe I can get out of college with some cool guy that can be my charming prince and all that " well this kind of issue puts both people under a lot of stress and is not just time consuming it is a time drainage . For some high class stylish people this is nonsense but for many normal people this is true.

How to manage your time effectively in life is an important question that many people ask themselves , “ How can I manage my time “ but life is too big of a subject for this article so I am going to to answer a smaller version of this question of how to manage to your time effectively in college. Many university students have problems in managing their time effectively so that they can study , workout , hangout with friends on weekends and at the same time have a social activity in which they can participate because after all these activities are as much important as study that they participate shape your personality with a great deal. I started this morning with the sound of my father waking me up because it is already 9 am , which is the irony because I usually get up at 6 am but due to the fact that I had insomnia for the last 3 days and I finally got the sense that I can sleep and have some rest it is all gone. Nevertheless when I wake up and go down to the street and see all the traffic jam and noise and pollution and people screaming and using their car horns , it feels like I was transformed from quiet nice place to a hell breaking loose environment .
